Some toolboxes may not be delivered on all the above platforms. 128 Mb RAM and about 200 Mb of disk space is recommended for a full Diffpack installation.

To get the ultimate performance of your Diffpack installation under Linux, a number of utilities should be available. On many systems these utilities are already installed, but for your convenience we provide links where you can download the utilities.

To install these utilities, download the relevant files and unpack them from one level above the Diffpack root directory $NOR. Use gunzip and tar to do the unpacking.
Note: To use versions of these tools already installed on your system, please make according changes in $DPDIR/etc/setup/common.sh and $DPDIR/etc/setup/common.csh.
