The menus shown at the top of the Diffpack GUI window have the following options:

The File menu: Exit Terminate the execution of your Diffpack application The View menu: Toolbar Toggle the view of the toolbar Status Bar Toggle the view of the status bar Split Resize the window panes The Simulation Log menu: Output to Window Redirect standard output to the "Simulation Log" window Output to File... Redirect standard output to a disk file Output Off Turn off standard output Select All Select all text in the "Simulation Log" window Copy Copy the selected text to the clipboard Save Sim Log As... Save the contents of the "Simulation Log" window to a disk file Clear Window Clear the contents of the "Simulation Log" window Font... Choose the font to be used in the "Simulation Log" window The Messages menu: Output to Window Redirect standard error to the "Messages" window Output to File... Redirect standard error to a disk file Output Off Turn off standard error Select All Select all text in the "Messages" window Copy Copy the selected text to the clipboard Save Sim Log As... Save the contents of the "Messages" window to a disk file Clear Window Clear the contents of the "Messages" window Font... Choose the font to be used in the "Messages" window The Tools menu: Graph Command Window Open the graph command window allowing you to enter Gnuplot instructions Grid Generation... Open the grid utility window, offering interactive interfaces to the Diffpack mesh generators. Save as VRML File Save the current visualization as a VRML file Copy to Clipboard Copy the current visualization to the clipboard as a bitmap The Help menu: About Diffpack... Show the version number and license type

Create a new input file. Open an existing input file. Print the current input file. About Diffpack (view license type and version info). Browse the Diffpack web site. Browse the Diffpack man pages (in HTML format) online. Open the graph command window. Open the grid utility window.
